What does this cost?

We have options for all budgets and offer flexible payment plans. We customize the program specifically for YOU so the cost would depend on what you need and the level of accountability. Before you join our program we would set up a 1:1 meeting with you to make sure we're a good fit then discuss which option is best for you.

How long is the program?

Our goal is to simply change your life, habits, lifestyle, and get you results. We educate you on how you can achieve sustainable results that last forever. With that said, it doesn't take 30 days. We offer unique plans based on what YOU NEED. We would discuss which option bests fits you.

Do I have to exercise every day?

No! We specialize in helping busy women lose weight on THEIR schedule. To get results it's as simple as being consistent. With that said, we help you develop an exercise plan that fits in with your busy life and help you set up a nutrition plan that is flexible.

Will I have access to my program at the end of our time together?

Yes. Everything we do together is yours for the rest of your life. Our mission is to get you results, educate you on how to sustain the results so you don't need to invest in another fitness coach or program.

Do I need access to a gym?

Gym access would be great, but it isn't a requirement. We customized your program based on the equipment you have, or even bodyweight workouts! We can also advise you on which equipment you could buy according to your budget.

I only want help with nutrition / I only want help with workouts. Can we still work together?

Yes! Again, our 1:1 coaching program is customized to YOU and your needs. So if you only need help with workouts or nutrition or accountability then you'd only invest in what you need.
